This is the first 888 Montblanc pen (year of production 1995). This pen is decorated with rubies and diamonds and is a fitting homage to the Prince Regent, King George the IV. The blue body is ornamented with a gold plated filigree in the regency style. 5 5/8″ (14.2 cm). Medium 18 K gold nib with crown motif. Includes all original packaging and papers (International reply card & International service certificate). As time goes by it becomes increasingly difficult to find this pen in these conditions of excellence. For most demanding MB collectors.
